I visited the Garland Mega Center to have my license renewed. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the whole experience. The facility was clean, safe and well organized. The real driver for my positive experience however was Crystal, who helped me with my renewal. Crystal was very pleasant, but efficient. She clearly knows her job, but was patient with me when I was not as well prepared as she was. Crystal was polite, courteous and professional. I told everyone I bumped into over the last 24 hours about my experience at the Garland Mega Center, and with Crystal. I can’t think of a way to improve it. Thank you Crystal and keep up the great work!
