 I pulled over outside of Junction and found that my tire had a serious leak. I also discovered that I couldn’t unlock my spare tire.

I was stopped for a roadside inspection just north of San Angelo, TX. I’d to say this officer was very friendly, yet very professional in his duties at forehand.

I was at Houston Mega Center for renewal my driver license and the service I have got from Sirena was above and beyond. I would like you to in courage Sirena to keep up with her outstanding service.

I was stopped by Trooper Hale near Winfield, TX. Trooper Hale inspected my tractor trailer unit, driver's license, and accompanying paperwork.

Both of these Officers showed true compassion and professionalism for the Texas Department of Public Safety this past Holiday.

I came into the Georgetown office to transfer my license from FL to TX and had the pleasure of working with Jazzmine. She had a great attitude, and was upbeat and courteous.

I am writing to let you know that I brought my sons in to the Plano Driver License Office to get IDs.

My wife was involved in an incident with two other motorists. When Trooper Robinson came across the scene, the two male motorists involved waived him off when he asked if they needed assistance.

I wanted to compliment the ladies and especially Debbie at the Hillsboro TX DPS.

I brought my 92 year old dad to his appointment to renew his ID. The new online appointment and checking process without the huge crowd is wonderfully efficient.

I just moved to Texas and with all the extra rules with Covid it has been difficult to make an appointment.

I'm sure you always get lots of negative comments, but I just wanted to say what a great experience my husband and I had getting our driver license renewed.

 I had an audit review with Mrs. Ortiz and even though I didn't pass my audit she was very helpful and direct. She took her time and made sure I understood everything.

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment Officer L. Porter.

Her patience and respect is to be commended. She made us feel welcomed and respected with a process that isn't always user-friendly to those of us not using it on a daily basis.

The Garland Mega Center was awesome!!!! They went above and beyond in every way. Angelica was amazing!!! Sense of humor, attentive and processed everything in a professional way.
