I'm sure you always get lots of negative comments, but I just wanted to say what a great experience my husband and I had getting our driver license renewed. We had 8 am appointments in your McKinney office on Powerhouse. We came prepared with paperwork filled out and were some of the first to enter. Because we had our paperwork done we were the first to be serviced! We were in and out of there in about 20 minutes and it would have been sooner, but the computers were slow and glitch. So nice to work with friendly pleasant folks! Good on them! Job well done!
