I came into the Georgetown office to transfer my license from FL to TX and had the pleasure of working with Jazzmine. She had a great attitude, and was upbeat and courteous. She guided me through the process and received all my required documents and answered all my questions with a smile. I was not expecting the kindness that I received from DPS and was delighted with her service. Jazzmine was a breath of fresh air!
