I just wanted to take a brief minute to praise one of your associates, LaRonda, at the Plano Driver License Office. LaRonda was very polite, professional, and extremely personable. She was very expeditious and even chatted with my kids to keep them occupied. LaRonda turned a frustrating morning into a more bearable one with her positive upbeat attitude.
