My experience at the Garland Mega center was very good from start to finish. All of the employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. My wait time was minimal. I was actually called back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. I was helped by Sherryl. She was friendly, informative, and efficient. She provided a very relaxed atmosphere while accomplishing the task of renewing of my license. Hats off to Sherryl and the DPS staff. Stay well. Stay safe.
