I had an appointment to renew my driver license and want to thank and praise all the people I dealt with.

I would like to thank you for Kristal Kennedy and, actually, everyone at the Texarkana DPS Office. We just moved from CA to TX and I needed help transferring my driver license.

I would like to take this time to commend Officer A. Mitchell from Region 3. Officer Mitchell pulled me over for a traffic violation.

I wanted to commend Officer Ramirez on his professionalism and understanding during a recent moving violation stop just outside of Laredo.

I have to brag about your employee, Suzanne Runner. She was so very helpful to my husband and me. We went to finish an application for an ID for my husband who is 81 years old.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Janet Siuta who assisted us in getting my son's drivers permit.

I had an appointment at the Garland Mega Center to renew my driver license. Kathy was very helpful and the process was easy and quick.

While I was there to renew my DL, they were very polite, professional, and did their jobs very quickly.

I went to the Denton Driver License Office, located on 820 N Loop 288 in Denton, Tx 76209, for my state ID. I was helped by employee, Harriet, and she did a phenomenal job.

As I was traveling to the city of Huntsville area I entered a reduced speed limit area and failed to reduce my speed. I was pulled over by Officer D. Harris.

I had the privilege of meeting Trooper Hutchison. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. Our encounter was handled in an utmost fashion.

This happened last year and I've wanted to send a note regarding the traffic stop. I was traveling from Austin to Dallas with my 10 year old son and I was stopped by Officer Kinslow.

I would like to compliment Officer J. Moses for the way he handled a traffic stop in Colmesneil, TX earlier this month.

Great job Plano DPS! I had an appointment to renew my driver license at the Plano location.

State Trooper Richey did a fantastic job in coming to my aid January 28th. I was involved in a hit and run accident.

I went to the Killeen DLO stressed about my license and waited three months for this appointment.

Before the pandemic, he led our class at the DPS HQ in Garland, TX, and it was put together with excellence and great information about the DPS and other branches in the area.

Sarah was knowledgeable, very pleasant and took time to answer all questions about my renewal of my CDL in the San Angelo office.
