I would like to compliment Officer J. Moses for the way he handled a traffic stop in Colmesneil, TX earlier this month. Officer Moses handled the situation in a professional manner that was both respectful and helpful. His attitude and methods are a perfect example of how I believe law enforcement officials at every level in our country should conduct themselves.
