Great job Plano DPS! I had an appointment to renew my driver license at the Plano location. Based on stories I have heard I expected the worst with lines in the cold and a potential 2-3 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. My experience was the complete opposite as I waited outside for just a few minutes. I checked in with my documents and had an eye test immediately. I was provided a number. My number was called within minutes and the whole process took only 25 minutes total. Since I arrived early I was out of there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I am so happy that Plano is doing this right and they are so efficient and nice. Keep up the good work!
