Melissa was very polite, professional and very helpful. When I arrived she greeted me and other customers that arrived. She helped and guided me through the paperwork that was required.

In my position I am audited approximately once a year through TCOLE, CJIS, or DPS, or other agency that falls under my supervision.

Recently, my family and I had an interaction with Texas DPS Trooper W. Windham. This interaction took place on the morning of 7/3/20 in Palo Pinto County as we were travelling from our home in Arizona.
