Jaslyn Drones & Frank Pritchett

I am pleased to note my positive experience at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Making an appointment online was free and easy.

Trooper Conrad Dominguez

My wife was pulled over by Officer Dominguez. He was safe, courteous, and respectful throughout the process. He was not condescending in any way, and seemed genuinely concerned about public safety.

Robert Dean

I would like to share with you my positive experience using the new “wait in line online” app and thank you for the great customer service I received from Robert.

Rosa Contreras

I went into the New Braunfels DPS to get my permit. I was nervous at first, but the woman who helped me, Rosa, was very kind.

Desiree Bizzell

Desiree is an outstanding person. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We communicated over emails, but I could feel her warmth and sincerity through her emails. She’s a wonderful person.

Trooper Sebastian Betancourt

I flew into Austin at 7:40 pm on a Wednesday evening with a plan to purchase a vehicle the next day from a private seller who had previously registered the vehicle in North Carolina.

Erica Barnes & San Angelo DLO

We took our daughter to get her permit at the San Angelo office. Everyone was very courteous, especially Erica Barnes, who handled our request.

Barbara Barkley & Bowie DLO

I am from the UK and have only recently arrived in the US. I went to Bowie DPS office and was really impressed by how lovely and efficient all of the staff were.
