I would like to thank the person who helped me renew my CDL license at the office in Gonzales. I made an appointment online and arrived about 15 minutes early.

I have experienced many Driver License Offices and this location where Karen Brown works is the best by far.

I sat in the car and gave a prayer of thanks for Zjickovia. My son was there to get his very first driver license, and of course we didn’t have proof of residence on hand.

I would like to give positive feedback about the Houston North Mega Center 8418 Veterans Memorial Driver. I was helped in a swift and efficient manner.

I took my son to get his learner permit. I didn't read up on what is needed closely enough but was able to get it accomplished. Very professional and helpful staff. High quality people.

Janet was the most helpful and courteous DPS employee I've ever met. She went above and beyond attending to my needs. I wanted to tip her, but she said employees cannot take tips.

I deal with government agencies all the time as part of my work, and I have never come across anyone as nice as Barbara was.

I just wanted to give my compliments to Ira Hughes at the Lewisville office. I had an expired out of state license and had to start the whole process over again. I was very stressed.

Ebony at the DPS at the Gessner location was so friendly and professional.

I don’t have enough adjectives to express how pleased I am with Ms. Hodge’s service; she was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and calm.
