I had an appointment at the El Paso Gateway location at 2 pm. I was served by an agent named Lewis A. This gentleman was outstanding.

I just wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience at the Wichita Falls Driver License Office getting my lost driver license replaced.

I must say this young lady was extremely helpful and dedicated to help me and others with our driver license needs. She was working alone that day and went above and beyond to help all.

April was by far the best help today processing all my paperwork in a timely manner and being in an upbeat and positive mood. Thank you so much. Very respectful and professional.

Christine is so sweet. I liked her. She is calm, helpful, patient, and it was a very nice experience. I'm happy that I got Christine on the phone.
