I would like to commend Mayra Esparza for her professionalism during my mom’s driver license renewal. My mother has always had anxiety visiting the DPS office, but today she was super happy with Mayra. Lori Lee checked us in and never rushed us as we took our time filling out the application. The whole process took 15 mins and my mother couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole visit. I did notice there was no management around, and people needed help with the kiosk machine. A lady asked for my help, so I directed her to Lori who was more than happy to check her in. You need more employees like these ladies at the Texas Department of Public Safety.
