My remarks are for the DPS Team located at 7300 Gateway East, El Paso, Texas 79915. I ended up having to visit this facility to renew my Texas Driver License. 1. Initial application. 2. First Driving test. 3. Second Driving test. Each time, my wife and I were treated very professionally and pleasantly. I ran a company with twelve stores and customer service was our priority. The attitude and personality of the employees here was awesome. People seemed happy and very busy. The initial person that assisted with registering me great. The person who did my first test who failed me, was very thorough, professional, and honest, as was Desirae G, who did my second test. When I finished up with Maggie at the counter, she was very nice and very informative. Kudos to all and great job. I’m thinking of going there every week and hanging out! Just kidding. Thank you for making the process so positive and stress less.
