We went to the Bonham office to get a Texas DL (from California) and the people there were exceptionally helpful.

I just wanted to give a shout out for going above and beyond. I came in and I didn’t have the right documents with me. Olga was so sweet to me and told me what I needed.

I had to visit the Sinton office to renew my driver license and was assisted by Belinda F. Just wanted to give her a Kudos. Belinda was courteous and very professional.

She was so kind and patient! She really made a stressful experience very pleasant!

My wife and I were at your S. Gessner office this morning to apply for our Texas ID and DL respectively. While the wait was long due to the number of people, your staff was welcoming, cheerful and courteous.

Ms. Crystal was very nice and professional. She also helped the line go faster by greeting customers at the door and helping us at the kiosk. It was a very busy day, right after the holiday- so this helped.

Angel did a great job processing my daughter's application for her first Texas ID. Angel was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the Dacoma office really worked hard to move everyone along as quickly as possible.

I was stopped today by Trooper Langford for speeding. This is the first contact I have had with a DPS Trooper in over 40 years. I must say I was very impressed with Trooper D.

The experience at Temple DPS was great. Organized with pre-screening & the number if paperwork / documents ok.

I received outstanding service while renewing my driver license. Even though they are extremely busy at the new Carrollton location, the personnel were friendly, and Nasim went above and beyond.
