I just wanted to take a moment and thank Joyce Cash, of the McKinney, TX office, for her professional and compassionate service this morning. She was so patient and friendly. I am new to the area and recently moved here from Missouri. Joyce made my visit less stressful and an actual pleasure. Thank you again for such wonderful employees.
