My wife and I were at your S. Gessner office this morning to apply for our Texas ID and DL respectively. While the wait was long due to the number of people, your staff was welcoming, cheerful and courteous. We were served by Detra and we wanted to send across Kudos to her for being so professional and helpful. All in all it was a very pleasant and stress-less experience despite the long wait time.
