I would like to commend Trooper Llanas for his professionalism, courteousness and friendliness. Trooper Llanas correctly issued me a speeding ticket, and throughout the process he demonstrated exactly the type of attitude and interaction that resulted in me not only respecting him personally, but also the Department even more than I already do. He is a great example of a trooper, and a wonderful reflection of the caliber of person the Department helps create. Kudos to Trooper Llanas.
