I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Spring Cypress location. When I drove by, I contemplated whether I wanted to go inside from looking at the line of people outside.

Daytora was so kind to an elderly woman who was having trouble renewing her license.

I want to thank Officer Zachary Miller for his help with working an accident my husband and I had. He was so polite and nice.

Just sending a note to compliment Anthony Didi on a job well done. He was professional and fun to talk to through the process of getting my son's driver license for the first time.

I recently was assisted by Mia in the Abilene, TX DPS office. I, as a senior citizen, found Mia to be knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional in what was a difficult situation.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Alice Robinson from your Temple office. This young lady made my month with her ownership of my many questions.

I want to commend Trooper Adams for assisting me while I had a blowout and was struggling to change a tire. Trooper Adams and Border Patrol Office Mark Rogers stopped to help me.

Absolutely professional and intelligent. Bonnie is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all friendly.

Already frustrated that I was being pulled over, I was prepared to reflect whatever pompous attitude I received. The demeanor of Trooper Smith was unlike any I had ever experienced.

I worked with Darryl Banks to transfer my license from Oklahoma to Texas and to help my wife change the name on her license.

On July 27th, I was involved in a traffic accident in Harlingen. No one was seriously injured but we were all a bit shaken.

It was refreshing to go to the Lewisville Driver License Office. They were nice, efficient and I had an all-around positive visit. Joshua Vania was the young man who helped me.

The whole ordeal of getting a DL renewal is stressful enough especially during these trying times (Covid). Mrs. Dillard was VERY kind and helpful, patient with my questions.

I have been working on trying to straighten out my driver license for several years now.

Brandi works in the Hamilton office and she was so very helpful to my son and me. After, Covid and so many things taken away from these teenagers, she made this a special day for my son.
