I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Spring Cypress location. When I drove by, I contemplated whether I wanted to go inside from looking at the line of people outside. When I approached the building there were some friendly staff members outside assisting people and they had me make an appointment online. I was able to get in as soon as I got my confirmation for my reservation. Once inside the lady just inside the front door was pleasant and directed me on what my next step was. By the time I had my paperwork filled out to renew my license, I was being called to terminal #36. I was greeted by Barbara who was very friendly and efficient (I love it when someone really knows their job) I had not filled out a couple of lines on the form and she was kind when she pointed it out. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes! The system they have going on there is GREAT!!!
