Sally helped me so much when I did not receive my renewed license in the mail. My license was returned by the post office twice in a row and she was always extremely quick to put in another shipping request and eventually changing my address so I could finally receive it in the mail. I appreciated her help SO much and am so happy to finally have my license after originally renewing it two months ago. Thank you Sally!
