I would like to thank Mario and Rosa in the New Braunfels Driver License office for making my daughter’s driving test very relaxed and a positive experience during a challenging time.

Rosemary was very helpful and patient even though I have one wrong form filled out. She help me get the form filled out correctly and quickly. The rest of the staff were very nice and polite.

I would like to send a huge thank you to Juanita at Sweetwater Driver License Office. She welcomed us and gave us her undivided time to make sure my son had everything he needed before he took his driving test.

This is to commend the Huntsville Driver License Office. At this establishment, you could tell all the employees created a positive environment.

While visiting the office on S. Gessner I encountered the amazing Verna! She was incredibly friendly, upbeat and kind. Her demeanor calmed my nervousness and her thoroughness made me feel well taken care of.

Congratulations on your efforts to keep us safe when coming to you for assistance with our license. You have done an admirable job in your hiring of personnel and entry level helpers.

My son had to mail in his application for 1st time license, along with thousands of others. After five weeks, still nothing even though the check was cashed.

I approached the door of the Galveston DL office not realizing that I needed an appointment. Dana welcomed me at the door with her mask on and following the COVID-19 guidelines.

April helped me get my license done when I didn't have an appointment. No one was there and she showed me how to use the kiosk in the lobby.

Maria was very professional and friendly and was able to get my driver license renewal done quickly and with no delays.

I just wanted to give kudos to Shawn at the North Lamar location for letting me renew my expired license when I was in there for an appointment to get my son's permit. Also, I really like the appointment option.
