This is to commend the Huntsville Driver License Office. At this establishment, you could tell all the employees created a positive environment. In fact, the entire establishment was efficient, from the lady who greeted me at the door, to the time I was checked out. I, also, noticed that I was not the only person she helped put their minds at ease, but Kathy took the time with each person that walked through that door. She really set the tone for a positive experience. Victoria immediately help me to feel at ease and any anxiety I had quickly faded away. You could tell all the employees created a positive environment. I was not disappointed! Not only was the atmosphere friendly, the safe precautions taken to ensure no spread of Covid-19 was clearly enforced. Thank you Huntsville DPS for all you do!
