A praise for Supervisor William at the Carrollton office. We were not able to complete an appointment for my daughter after two people fainted while waiting outside in the line and there was miscommunication between the staff about our appointment. William remained calm through the zaniness and in the face of my own frustration, gave us a specific time to see him, and kept his word regarding a solution. As I observed him later in the face of a long line, a hot and humid day, and many customer questions, I was again impressed by his calm, pro-active, and customer-oriented approach. He's a credit to the DPS.
