I just wanted to give kudos to Shawn at the North Lamar location for letting me renew my expired license when I was in there for an appointment to get my son's permit. Also, I really like the appointment option. There was also a lady at the front desk who also helped me get checked in, my barcode was too small to be picked up by the scanner so she walked me through how to enter in the code to check-in, she also walked around to make sure everyone was taken care of. I appreciate her friendly, customer service, and Shawn's initiate to save me a later trip to the DPS office for my license renewal.
