Colin made me feel comfortable and confident going into my road test, and he prevented things from getting awkward by keeping a lighthearted banter throughout our encounter. In addition to that, he was very efficient in his work, and got everything done in a timely manner. Colin is a huge asset to the DPS, and I’m very lucky that I ended up at his counter.
