I just wanted to let you know that Jeremy did a great job and made it quite an enjoyable experience. The new appointment system worked great. It took me 25 minutes to get in and out.

Ariana was very quick and diligent in processing my paperwork. She was patient with helping me with my fingerprints and with my questions. She held a pleasant conversation while continuing to work.

I just wanted to email and say that I was very impressed with how things were being managed in Rockwall!

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the cheerful kindness and efficiency of the DPS office in Texas City. I had to renew my driver license.

I would like to provide some positive feedback on my experience today at the Austin North Driver license office. Everyone in the office was very pleasant and provided helpful instruction with great customer service.

Great attitude and help at Texas City DPS Department. I went through the process of changing my license from one state to another.
