I just wanted to email and say that I was very impressed with how things were being managed in Rockwall! I was able to easily go online and setup my appointment, I got email and text reminders the day of, and I got the office early, checked in, and was able to get right in. From there, they processed my renewal quickly, and I was done and right out of the door! Thank you guys so much! I have to say: you should keep this process going forward!
