I wanted to take a moment to tell you all about the amazing experience I had the other day at your Centerville location. I went to get my son's permit and Darleen Deaton was amazing.

I would like to compliment Kristie. She went out of her way to help me with my paperwork. She had to explain the procedure a few times because my English is not that good.

I just wanted to say that Rebeca was wonderful. She really helped us out. I just want to spread the love, and let you know how great she was.

Melissa did an awesome job. Melissa made things happen and was able to answer all my questions. It only took her 5-10 minutes to do everything I needed. She was spectacular.

Normally I dread having to go to DPS. This time it was a pleasant experience. Jim was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions.

I am reaching out to share how professional and courteous Diana Rodrigues was at the S. Gessner Driver License Office. She was very polite and understanding.

My remarks are for the DPS Team located at 7300 Gateway East, El Paso, Texas 79915. I ended up having to visit this facility to renew my Texas Driver License. 1. Initial application. 2.

Virginia is very efficient and very knowledgeable. She was able to give me the information today that I have needed for the past two years to get my license. She was worth the wait.

Lonnie is a good employee. She is good with calming my nerves and getting me an appointment. I don't do computers, so online scheduling is not for me.

I just wanted to give a shout out/compliment to the ladies in the Gatesville office, Lescel Davis, Brandi Holden, and Kathy Allen.

I was at the Sherman Driver License Office to have my license renewed. Everyone that I met in the office was very helpful and cheerful.

I waited a long time, and I wanted to speak to someone at the driver license office, but I was happy with the service that I received from Lauren.

Carmen was very helpful. I had a pleasant experience with Carmen. That doesn’t happen very often when you are dealing with a government entity.

My wife and I visited the DPS office in Texarkana for the first time to surrender our out of state DL’s and get TX DL’s. We were helped by Saulena Anderson.

Janet was the most helpful and courteous DPS employee I've ever met. She went above and beyond attending to my needs. I wanted to tip her, but she said employees cannot take tips.

Trooper McCoy pulled my husband over for speeding. Trooper McCoy was pleasant, professional, and amiable during the entire stop process. He expressed concern for us.

I moved to Texas recently, so I came to the Garland Mega Center DPS to get a driver license. I had a surprisingly positive experience!

Yolanda Austin helped calm me down and assisted me succinctly, quickly, and professionally. No doubt she should receive a big thanks for doing her job so well.

Annette was just wonderful. She gave me answers to my questions and provided me with info I did not know I needed. She was kind, and I appreciate that.

When you go into a building and the first thing you must do is take a number, often times that's a good indication of how you will be treated. Thankfully that was not the case this time.

Elizabeth was helpful. She was very knowledgeable and didn't get irritated when I asked the same questions over and over. She was calm and collected.

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate Leah’s customer service. These days, it is rare to have someone that listens and is kind.

Just wanted to give kudos to Ginger and Tammy for their patience and professionalism assisting my wife and me.

I visited the DPS office in Sherman to renew my driver license and was pleasantly surprised how quick and painless the process was.
