I wanted to take a minute to send a quick note and give many thanks to Amy Johnson at the Carrollton Mega Center. The overall process for getting my license renewed was relatively smooth, but Amy truly made the experience awesome. She very clearly takes pride in not only delivering great customer service, but also in simply spreading joy and good vibes to those around her. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process, and was the #1 reason that this was by far the best experience I've had with any public services provider in the state of Texas. The world would no doubt be a better, and certainly more joyful place with more people like Amy behind the counter. Thank you!
