From entering the door, to the clerk window for processing, the process and experience was very professional and pleasant. All employees were friendly and helpful. Made it a nice and easy experience for a senior citizen. Jeremy was very helpful, patient and kind throughout the whole processing appointment. Whoever is running the Carrollton location is doing a wonderful job. I’m assuming happy employees equals happy service. Thank you!
