When you go into a building and the first thing you must do is take a number, often times that's a good indication of how you will be treated. Thankfully that was not the case this time. Linda was very courteous. She was respectful of my time. She was knowledgeable and concise, and I was able to quickly finish what I came for. Kudos to Linda!
