I was recently in your Lampasas office to get my license renewed. I happen to drive by the office in Lampasas around 11:45 AM and fortunately there was no one there for an appointment. Upon my entry, I was greeted by two very nice ladies. I had explained my situation, and immediately Melanie P said she could get this done by the time of her lunch break started. She was very fast, accurate, and friendly in completing my renewal. There needs to be more people like Melanie serving our government offices. She was very selfless in serving my needs. Thank you!
