I would like to commend Mayra Esparza for her professionalism during my mom’s driver license renewal.

Kudos to the gentleman that processed my license renewal. His name was Peter Lopez at the Corpus Christi office.

I am 61 years old and I recently encountered the most delightful, efficient, and helpful DPS employee I ever have met. I was applying for the first time in Texas.

The Driver license office staff in Amarillo were very helpful with getting my license renewed. They were very efficient and polite. Everyone I encountered was helpful.

I want to send a compliment to the DPS Officer Flores.

Mr. McClendon helped me when my daughter was applying for her permit. He is such a kind human being and was nothing but helpful and forthcoming.

In regard to Officer Veals’ performance - she was the utmost professional in dealing with our scenario.

I am so impressed! I just renewed my license in person for the Homeland Security identification, and was expecting it to be a horrible experience, especially during COVID.

I just wanted to comment on a pleasant transaction with Andrea and the rest of the staff at the new Denton DPS location.

We visited the McKinney Driver license office.

I went to the Plano DPS and was assisted by Nerissa Bell. She was excellent, courtesy, and professional.

I visited the Carrollton Mega Center for my 1:30 pm appointment to obtain an ID in lieu of my expired driver license.

Carmen was a delight. It is hard to get good customer service, and Carmen did a wonderful job. She was pleasant and happy from the beginning.

I am writing to compliment Jackie who was amazing in my recent visit to obtain a Texas DL. She was helpful and quick and a delight to talk to while working through the process.

I was in the Palestine Driver License Office and had the pleasure of being helped by Christina Hohlt.

I want to compliment Lt.

Ms. Castro was very polite and helpful when I came in to apply for my Texas ID. She went above and beyond helping me because I needed certain documents of proof.

Such a delight to walk in a DPS office and be greeted with happy friendly and very helpful employees!!

Tina Cooper and the other ladies working in the Daingerfield DPS office are all just simply wonderful!! I cannot express how kind and helpful all of them were.

I was recently in your Lampasas office to get my license renewed. I happen to drive by the office in Lampasas around 11:45 AM and fortunately there was no one there for an appointment.
