I would like to compliment Officer Hartnett. I’ve never been pulled over before, and although he did give me a citation, Officer Hartnett was so respectful and kind, and he took his time to explain things to me. His calm demeanor made me feel calm and safe during the process. I just wanted to pass along what a great job he did and to thank him for being a great police officer. Keep up the good work.
