I visited the Carrollton Mega Center for my 1:30 pm appointment to obtain an ID in lieu of my expired driver license. I arrived about 12:47 and was not yet able to check in for my appointment. Nonetheless, the personnel there permitted me to enter to sit down (noticing that I was on a walker and being assisted by family member). I was immediately given the required forms to complete which we began to do as soon as we were seated. Not long after I arrived a very pleasant gentleman invited me to station 18. He reviewed my paperwork and completed what he needed to do (including my thumbprints and photo), and I was on my way home by 1:33!! The person who assisted me was Mr. Wallace. He was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to assist me. While he may be representative of the entire staff at the Mega Center, he must be commended for his wonderful personal touch. You are fortunate to have him as a part of your team.
