I had the pleasure of interacting with Trooper Garza on a traffic stop. I happily asserted my constitutional rights during our interaction.

I have been in the Security Business for 20 years. When the TOPS program was launched, It was a nightmare. Vast improvements have been made. When things go right it is great. When things go wrong it is a nightmare.
