I went to the Rosenberg Mega Center with my 32 year old son to get him a personal identification card. My son has significant disabilities. Patricia was incredible. She was very nice, very polite and very professional. Usually if my son has to sit for any extended period of time, he gets a little restless. Patricia put him at ease and it was a very good experience for both of us. My son also took a great photo for his identification card and I think it was because Patricia worked so well with us.
