I am a handicapped 79 year old senior reapplying for an updated driving license and was dreading the experience and procedure that I was sure I had to endure.
I would like to highly commend Jim for his most professional and caring attitude. After attempting to get an appointment via internet and failing to do so, I visited the office. The first person at the door was Jim.
Just wanted to say that when I visited the Leon Valley Office in San Antonio, everyone treated me very well with professionalism considering the Corona Virus Pandemic.

I made a visit to the Houston North Mega Center on Veterans Memorial, and initially I was pretty nervous about being turned around or having to wait in long lines, however I was serviced so fast.
My experience with the Woodville office was outstanding! The music that was playing was very enjoyable and made the environment so calm and relaxing.
