We had a wonderful experience at the Carrollton Mega Center. We were able to get in line online and secured an early morning appointment. We arrived a few minutes before appointment time and the place was packed.

I want to give kudos to the Canton office. My visit was the best experience I've ever had at a Texas DPS office. The employees were very nice, kind and informative.

I brought my 96-yr-old dad into the Pat Booker location to apply for an identification card. The place was packed. There was a lady calling out ticket numbers.

I was with my cousin and Krysti helped him. She was the sweetest girl I have ever seen at any place of employment.

Our experience with Stacy at the Columbus office was wonderful. She was congenial and efficient. In fact, all of my experiences at the Columbus office have always been very good.

Asenette was truly helpful. She helped us get all my paperwork together and helped us with which videos I had to watch.

Charlotte assisted me in renewing my license and she treated me as if I was the only person in the building. She is extremely efficient, warm and capable.

Captain Scullin was so awesome! He was helped me out so much. Since I’m quarantined I can’t go out anywhere and I was so frustrated not being able to take care of my responsibilities.
