Danique helped me with a change in vehicle class from C to A. She was great and very helpful. If she wasn't sure (this was a non-CDL Class A for my new 5th wheel), she was quick to verify what she needed.

My daughter did not have the correct documentation or an application filled out when we arrived. Mrs. Tolbert patiently listed out all of the items we needed and told us to just come right back and see her.

I just want to say I have always enjoyed the staff at the Palestine office. I had my CDL downgrade because my Medical Card did not get certified at the office. Laura was very helpful getting this corrected for me.
