My daughter did not have the correct documentation or an application filled out when we arrived. Mrs. Tolbert patiently listed out all of the items we needed and told us to just come right back and see her. Her kindness was much appreciated. Dealing with the general public can be frustrating and tiresome, but you would never think it has ever bothered Mrs. Tolbert. She is an asset to the DPS.
