Darryl Roberson

I wanted to personally thank you for passing my request along to Darryl Roberson last month. He promptly called me and explained the situation such that I could upload the missing document.

Andrew Lambert

Thank you for coming out to Leakey and providing training on CJIS. It was extremely helpful and I was able to get my questions answered. Learned a lot, too, about the entire process.

Keith Wallace

I was having a terrible day. My documents were not in order I discovered after waiting for my number to be called. I left and got them and then waited again and then came Keith.

South Austin DLO

I went to South Austin DPS to apply for a state ID for my son. All the employees are very polite and definitely having helping attitude if we get stuck. Hats off to the entire team.

Jennifer Ruiz

I wanted to let you know that Jennifer at the El Paso 7400 Gateway East location was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful.
