I just want to say I have always enjoyed the staff at the Palestine office. I had my CDL downgrade because my Medical Card did not get certified at the office. Laura was very helpful getting this corrected for me. She got all the forms I needed and was very kind and courteous. For what they have to put up with on a daily basis they are outstanding people and maintain their composure. I just want it to be known that I appreciate them and all Troopers for the courageous work you all do. Thank you for being there.
