I was having one of those days where I was hair brained and not prepared when taking my son to get his driver license driving test. I printed the wrong form and my insurance card had just expired. Kristal Kennedy at the Linden DPS office was working this day by herself and had several people coming in. My experience was excellent! She was very sweet, calm, and showed so much patience toward me and the other patrons that did not have what they needed or trouble checking in on the kiosk. My son also appreciated her demeanor as he was so nervous to take the driving test. Kristal is a shining example of the Texas DPS!
