I had an amazingly positive appointment with Cynthia Juarez. I'm a new resident, didn't know what to expect from the employees, and I was nervous. I had over prepared and had a tremendous number of supporting documents. Cynthia was kind, considerate, calmly systematic in asking for and taking my documents, and truly nice. I went in nervous but came out feeling on top of the world. Cynthia exemplified all the qualities every employee should have, DPS or elsewhere. Kudos to someone who truly made a difference.
