Visited Houston North Mega Center for a renewal. First, compliments to the efficiency of the center, I arrived over 30 minutes early for an appointment and my name was called soon after arrival.

Just wanted to let you know that Sherryl was so helpful today. She was friendly, professional and patient with us. She went above and beyond to help us today. Good job!

The young lady was cordial and helpful in processing my application. She was above my expectation in her position. Jennifer was a delight and joyful young lady.

Very courtesy, professional and great service. What a great way to start the day with service like this. Her service was outstanding.

Liz went above and beyond the call of duty while assisting me with my driver license application. I was not sure where to start following my return of many years.

I visited the Port Arthur DPS for the first time and my experience was extremely positive. The purpose of my visit was to add Class M to my unexpired Texas Class C driver license.

I went to the DPS to renew my driver license. Detra helped me fill out a form. She was not only kind and friendly, but patient. People like Detra makes people like me, a senior with a disability, feel still worthy.

Iesha was simply fantastic helping me renew my driver license. She made the process seamless, quick and easy. Iesha was such an unexpected surprise! Hang on to her! She is a keeper!

Danique helped me with a change in vehicle class from C to A. She was great and very helpful. If she wasn't sure (this was a non-CDL Class A for my new 5th wheel), she was quick to verify what she needed.

I made a reservation online and arrived early for my afternoon appointment. I was in and out in 10 minutes and Jailene Cisneros could not have been more courteous. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

My experience with Abdul was amazing! He typed everything fast and understood my case perfectly. He did a great job!

We made a visit to the Corpus Christi location to get a license for my son. Being that we are new to Corpus, this was our first time at this location. Lauren helped us and she did an amazing job!!

Both were extremely courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to help me and answer my questions. Both were very busy but took time to be friendly and kind to an older person.

She did an outstanding job and should be commended for her patience and professionalism. Ms. Leon is someone you surely should try to keep. I give her my highest commendation.

Rosie assisted me when I went to apply for a driver license replacement. She was very professional, always with a smile. The whole department seemed very happy to work at this location.

Miranda was courteous, professional and smiled. Even after a hectic day, it was 3 or 4 in the afternoon and she was still smiling. I was tired myself and she brightened my day after she took care of me.
