I visited the Port Arthur DPS for the first time and my experience was extremely positive. The purpose of my visit was to add Class M to my unexpired Texas Class C driver license. I was assisted by Josh, who processed my paperwork and payment without hesitation. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the process, and within minutes, I was out the door with my temporary CM class license in hand. I truly appreciate the high quality service that he provided.
