On the morning of January 24, 2020, I had just returned home from a local retail store in Sherman where I had picked up a chair for our home.

My husband realized that he didn’t have the correct documentation for becoming a Texas resident. The staff was more than willing to let us figure it out and get back in line. Ken was so kind and courteous to us both.

I appreciate Tommy Urias for all his help. He was professional and worked with me on a matter I could not do myself. I feel he is an asset to the DPS.

I was recently pulled over by one of your officers for speeding. As most people, I was very scared when I was pulled over.

I received excellent service. I am elderly and disabled. Upon obtaining my ticket # I was approached by a women worker who directed me where to sit and wait.

I went to get my Texas driver license and the employee that helped me was very kind and helpful.

My father is over 90 years old and he needed an identification card. Jana was so kind. My father has a hearing problem and it is hard to communicate nonetheless she worked with him step by step.

I just had the most incredible experience with Julia. She was professional, personable pleasant and exceptionally good at her job.

I was very impressed by the North Austin office. The efficient manner of the way things are done is to be commended. We were only at the office for about 20 minutes and got my wife's driver license taken care of.

My son and I had the pleasure of being helped by Alberta Peoples. She was absolutely amazing!!!

I went to the Houston North Mega Center location last week to renew my driver's license and wanted to share with you how impressed I was with how organized and fast the process was for me.

I must say KUDOS to the employees at this Garland location. They really were just great!!! They were all very nice.

Sylvia was awesome. Very courteous, helpful and expeditious at moving people through. I was very pleased with the whole staff at Garland Mega center. Sylvia really moved the process along and is very personable.

I waited my turn and found out I needed other forms. So I returned to the waiting area to complete them, then was recalled to station Jo Ann Prazelini was working.

I would like to express my thanks to your employee, Helen Robertson. She took time to carefully explain all the appropriate forms.

I recently had to get a new driver license. Jan Wall assisted me and I found her to be very professional and she gladly answered all of my questions completely.

The office was very organized. The staff was polite and friendly.

I would like to give kudos to Gloria Cavazos. She made our experience a good one with her kindness and efficiency. She is very friendly and outgoing and made us feel she really was there to help.

While I was waiting for my turn to update my driver license, I was able to observe and interact with Sabrina DeJesus and her co-worker at the front desk.
